DiWali Thoughts ~ Let there be Light ! ~

In the midst of despair and clouds of gloom,

There is always a ray of hope that lets every flower bloom.

In the times of anguish spread across the mile,

There is always a streak of faith that lets every heart smile.

It is that time of the year when we chide all our fears,

Our hearts gushing with cheer and we shed all our tears.

When the darkest night appears the brightest and gay,

And petite candles kindle to illuminate all the way.

Welcoming the day as it ushers with veiled joys in the offing,

Celebrating the never ceasing human instinct of Living!

The sheen, the Shine and the Gleam radiating all over

The Mirth, the Ecstasy and the Thrill accentuating the fervor!

The Goddess of Wealth blessing one and all,

She spreads her opulence that stirs every soul.

Recession may bite, the Markets may crash

But the belief stands firm that we will start afresh.

Hope never quivers, Faith never shivers,

Come what may, the human spirit never deters!!

These days will be gone; these times will be past,

It’s the desire to battle all odds that will persist and last.

                              

Wishes are plenty, euphoria abound,

Let’s shun all our worries as Diwali is around!!  :-)
